It isn't everyone who can find love in the classifieds, but Larry Masterman did when he answered an advertisement for an experienced yacht broker. Larry had only worked in the construction end of the marine business with Gulfstar Yachts, but through sheer persistence he landed the position and began his career in yacht brokerage. Larry feels that honesty, product knowledge, service after the sale and making the yacht buying process fun contributes to his many referrals and repeat customers.

That was 30 years ago and today Larry continues as one of the Industries top salesman. He is now a senior broker with The Marine Group and a frequent sales leader. Larry's sales include 142' Sterling CMY in excess of 6 million and a number of Browards, Dennisons, custom yachts and five new yacht construction projects.

Larry enjoys Sportfishing and has participated in the Penny Turtle Billfish Tournament, the Gold Cup and Old Port Cove Sailfish Tournament and the Bimini Wahoo Championship. He has tactfully not won any of these tournaments so as not to upset any present or future clients. Other hobbies include riding his 2006 Harley Davidson Road Glide and Golf. Larry has won the Yacht Brokers Golf Tournament.
