As a native Californian, Marian began her boating career in Southern California 30 years ago. With a degree in Marine Science she pursued a career that would take her to various parts of the world. Being a certified diver she opened her own diving business in Dana Point, CA and from there cruised the Mexican waters of the Pacific and Sea of Cortez and lived there for 5 years. Having moved to Spain to summer over for 3 years, her travels brought her to sunny Florida and thus became involved in the brokerage industry of South Florida some 18 years ago. Marian joined The Marine Group in 2004 to manage the charter division coordinating charter management and retail sales. She says that the client should "always remain your number one focus" whether it be chartering, buying, selling, or "just dreaming of that special yacht".
